Agreement; a legal transaction, in which more than one natural or legal person gains rights or are under obligation to each other, and consists of declarations of will by at least two parties to create a legal result. Under the title of “freedom of work and contract” in Article 48 of the Turkish Constitution, “Every individual has the freedom to work and to make contracts.” Since it is one of the rights guaranteed by the Constitution with its regulation, the parties; It is not limited to the types of contracts in the provisions of the special law, and they are free to express their will in any field as long as it does not violate the general law rules. Contract Law is a legal framework that allows people to make contracts with their free will, draws the limits of the right to “freedom to make contracts”, protects and guarantees the rights of people with contracts, determines the obligations of both parties, and provides legal sanctions in case of violation of the contract. It is a sub-branch of law that provides the opportunity to apply for legal remedies. Arrangement, establishment of contracts, validity and invalidity of the contract, termination of the contract, cancellation of the contract, legal remedies to be applied in case of failure to fulfill the obligations in the contract, the rights that may be claimed from the other party, the damages to be compensated and what this compensation will be, are within the scope of contract law.
