Our working approach
From legal assessment to strategy and implementation
Mastery of the file, strategic thinking, regular updates, and follow-up through to the final stage are handled within a single, inseparable way of working.
Evaluating the facts, the evidence, and the objective together
The specific events, the available documents, the means of proof, the parties’ legal positions, and the client’s objective are examined together. Time limits, procedural risks, and priority steps are identified from the very beginning.
Building a file-specific legal strategy
A file-specific plan of action is drawn up, taking into account the applicable legal rules, the alternative routes, the way the evidence is presented, and the intended outcome; the strategy is kept up to date as the process unfolds.
Following the process, the legal remedies, and the implementation together
The client is regularly informed of important developments. The proceedings, legal remedies, the decision, and the post-decision implementation stages are followed without being treated as separate steps.
