Preparing for a consultation
Before the consultation
We assess the legal needs of energy generation, supply, storage and charging infrastructure, as well as infrastructure projects such as transport, water and waste management. For each project, the scope of work is determined by the type of activity, the parties and the applicable regulations.
Yes. Unlicensed generation does not mean exemption from all permits and obligations. Depending on the project, the connection, land use, zoning, environmental, contract and notification conditions are reviewed separately.
The structure of the share or asset transfer, licenses and permits, property rights, debts and security, project contracts, existing lawsuits and the required transfer approvals should be assessed together. The technical condition and financial data are completed through review by the relevant experts.
EPC contracts govern the engineering, procurement and construction processes; O&M contracts govern the operation and maintenance relationship. The alignment of the scope, performance, acceptance, warranty and liability provisions with one another is important.

Company transactions, contracts and legal reporting can be carried out within the authority granted and the agreed scope of work. Board membership or representation is agreed separately. In meetings, the local time where you are and Türkiye time are confirmed together.
No. A legal review addresses rights, obligations and legal risks. Technical feasibility, production efficiency, valuation and independent financial audit are carried out by the relevant specialists; these works are coordinated where necessary.
Keep the full document, the notification or delivery date and any attachments; state the upcoming deadline and contact us directly. Time limits vary depending on the application route and the procedure. A consultation request does not stop these time limits.
A brief summary of the project, its stage and the parties, permit documents, the relevant contracts and any formal notices or lawsuit papers help the initial assessment. At first contact, do not send unnecessary personal data or system access information.
A consultation, correspondence or sharing of documents alone is not acceptance of a matter. Acceptance is confirmed once the scope of work, the fee, the required contract and authorities, the documents and the agreed obligations have been clarified. The legal consequences of a relationship that has in fact been established remain reserved.
We respond to your request within 48 hours. The scope of the consultation and any fee are communicated before your appointment is confirmed. For urgent or time-limited matters, call our main line directly; please state any special time requirement in your application.
Yes. Records of findings, meter and OSOS records, connection or fault information, consumption history and the billing calculation are reviewed together. The same result does not arise in every case. The risk-sharing provisions of the contract, the notice conditions, the effect of the event and the applicable law are assessed. Adjustment, extension of time, suspension of work or termination options are addressed on a file-by-file basis.
