Important distinction of scope: The human resources address on this page is for job and internship applications only. For legal advice, client files and other corporate requests, please use our General Contact page. Legal enquiries sent to the HR address should not be assumed to be followed up through this channel.
02 / Prepare your request
If possible, write from the email address you used in your application and continue the existing thread on the same matter.
Your name, the position or programme you applied for and your approximate application date are a sufficient start. Add your application number if you have one.
State clearly what you are asking for. For a technical problem, give the error message, the browser and the time the problem occurred.
Review the recipient address, the subject line and the attachments; check your sent folder and any non-delivery notices.
You fill in the details in your browser only; this page does not send the data you enter to a server by itself.
Safe sharing: Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, bank details, medical reports, client files or confidential documents belonging to third parties. Cover any unrelated personal information in screenshots.
Professional secrecy and confidentiality of previous employers: Do not share confidential petitions, contracts, client information, file numbers, trade secrets or internal correspondence belonging to a law firm, employer or client you previously worked for. Where a work sample is requested, use only material you are authorised to share and that has been sufficiently anonymised. Breaches of the duty of confidentiality under Article 36 of the Turkish Attorneys’ Act and of other confidentiality obligations are assessed according to the circumstances of the specific case.
03 / Contact channels
Written communication makes it easier to link requests to your existing application and to follow them up consistently.
The primary contact route for application confirmation, résumé updates, status information, interview correspondence and withdrawal requests.
For general guidance, reaching the relevant team and coordination needs where timing matters.
Short coordination
Technical access problems or travel and connection support on the interview day. A WhatsApp message does not count as a completed application.
Opens in a new tab · You send the message yourself · Not an automated live agent.
Our approach to corporate communication: Openness, mutual care, written records and following the process through are our core principles. For exercising personal data rights, rely on the proper channels set out in the privacy notice.
Candidate communication etiquette: Where possible, continue your requests in the same email thread, clearly and respectfully. Do not send the same matter repeatedly through several channels at the same time; do not use the direct telephone numbers of employees outside human resources to ask about application results. Persistent, harassing or disrespectful behaviour may be taken into account in the relevant application process, having regard to the specific circumstances. Making a support request or sending a reasonable reminder is not a reason for a negative assessment.
04 / Interview and follow-up
Receipt of a support request does not mean an invitation to interview or an offer of employment. If you have received an interview invitation, follow the steps below.
Check the date, time, interview format and any preparation required. Confirm your attendance by replying to the invitation email.
Check the address in your invitation. Let us know in advance if you need travel or accessibility support on the interview day. Office location and contact details
Test the meeting link, camera, microphone and internet access in advance. Do not share your personal meeting link with third parties.
Reply to the invitation email with suitable alternative times. The new interview time is fixed by mutual written confirmation.
Check your inbox and junk mail folder. Send additional information and reminders through the existing email thread.
From a new address where you can be reached, send the basic details that identify your existing application. Do not send an image of your ID or a verification code.
If you are applying from outside Antalya or from abroad, the first interview may be held online where both sides agree. State only as far as necessary the city/country you are in, your time zone (e.g. UTC+1), whether you might relocate to Antalya, your possible start date and, where relevant, your travel/work permit status. Do not make assumptions about in-person attendance or relocation costs; the terms are agreed separately.
Rely on the method of feedback communicated at the end of the interview and any expected timeline. There is no commitment to send written notice on a fixed date after every interview. After a reasonable time you may ask for a status update in the existing correspondence.
Traineeship and student applications: The statutory traineeship and the law student programmes are separate categories. Review the requirement of at least B2 proficiency in one foreign language, stated for general applications, on the relevant application page. Careers and application areas

05 / Your rights and preferences
Withdrawing an application, choosing whether to stay in the future candidate pool and requests relating to personal data rights are separate matters.
If you no longer want your active application to be assessed, let us know in writing. This step on its own does not mean that all records are deleted immediately.
You can change your preference to be kept in the candidate pool for future opportunities, or the explicit consent you gave for that purpose. Withdrawing your current application is a separate step.
You can review your rights under Law No. 6698 and the applicable ways of exercising them in our privacy notice.
06 / Frequently asked questions
