Timeshare power of attorney

to purchase timeshare ownership and shares in my name from the main real property/properties, in such quantity and at such price and on such terms as he/she sees fit, to accept the declarations of final conveyance (ferağ) to be given in my favour before the land registry director (Tapu Sicil Müdürlüğü) and the authorized official, to sign the land registry books, records and register, to determine the timeshare periods and terms in the manner he/she sees fit pursuant to Law No. 3227 supplementing Condominium Ownership Law No. 634, on account of the TIMESHARE share and right to be purchased, to draw up and sign a timeshare contract in the manner he/she sees fit, to have the property right in the timeshare periods or terms established in my favour in the manner he/she sees fit and thereby to have a timeshare easement established and registered with the other co-holders, to set aside a date he/she sees fit as the major maintenance and repair period, to waive the statutory right of pre-emption, and to draw up and sign the official deed required for these matters and transactions

to have it registered in the land registry, to sign all kinds of documents, declarations, undertakings and letters of consent required for the establishment and registration of the timeshare easement, to pay the fees and taxes and, where necessary, to recover them, to carry out, pursue and conclude by his/her signature all kinds of matters and transactions that need to be done in these respects, even if the legislation in force changes,
