3. Power of attorney for granting a mortgage for the debt of third persons

in order to constitute security for the debts, already incurred and to be incurred, arising from all kinds of credit agreements that the person with the name/title of no. has signed or will sign before all official, semi-official, private, national and foreign banks and finance institutions currently existing within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye or to exist hereafter, and from all kinds of contracts and undertakings that he/she has signed or will sign without being limited thereto, and the debts, already incurred and to be incurred, arising from all other kinds of contracts, letters of guarantee and undertakings that he/she has signed or will sign as a surety, over all or such part as he/she sees fit of my/our rights and shares in the real property/properties of which I am the owner and shareholder, to have all kinds of mortgages established in favour of the bank/finance institution, at such price, for such term, at such interest, in such order and rank and on such conditions as he/she sees fit, before the land registry or electronically before the relevant bank/finance institution, to accept the registration of the mortgage in the name of the beneficiary, to change the order and rank of the mortgage, to give the necessary consent for other mortgages to be established in the same rank, to leave free ranks, to renew and extend their terms, at the land registry

to accept and sign the declarations to be drawn up, to sign the letters of consent necessary for information to be requested, obtained and queried through the Land Registry and Cadastre Information System by the banks and finance institutions that are the beneficiaries of the mortgage, to sign the mortgage contract, to draw up and sign the official deed, contract, undertaking, declaration and all documents relating to the mortgage, to amend them, to grant the right to benefit from a free rank and have it annotated, when the debt is paid to accept the declarations of release of the mortgage, to sign the land registry record, book and register, to have errors in the land registry, population and other records corrected through administrative channels, to represent me/us before the relevant bank/finance institution, the relevant land registry directorates and all official authorities, to declare my/our legal domicile and address for service, to carry out in my/our name all procedures relating to the matters stated above and to conclude them by his/her signature,
