Power of attorney for payment of real estate taxes

with respect to all real property that I own or will own, to pay the property tax and all other kinds of taxes and fees, to receive in my name the amounts overpaid and refunded, to state the tax values, to prepare and sign the tax returns, to request a reduction with respect to penalty notices, to accept or object to assessments, to take part in my place in the appraisal, reconciliation and all kinds of commissions at the tax and administrative courts, to defend my rights, to request reconciliation, to sign the necessary minutes, to prepare, sign and submit in my name, on paper or electronically, the notifications and returns concerning payment of the rental income tax, to pay the taxes, and for all these matters to represent me with full authority before the revenue offices (Defterdarlıklar), tax offices, treasury directorates (Mal Müdürlükleri), municipalities and all official offices and the relevant authorities, to carry out, pursue and conclude by his/her signature all kinds of matters and transactions that need to be done in this respect,
