Power of attorney for cadastral determination procedures and land registry registration

with respect to the real property/properties which were in the possession of my decedent and my prior decedents in the capacity of owner and which were or will be recorded and determined in the name of my decedent and my prior decedents during the cadastral determination, and which passed by inheritance upon their death, and also which I possess in the capacity of owner or which were or will be recorded and determined in my name by the cadastre, at the Municipalities, Cadastre Directorates, Land Registry Directorates, Population Directorates, Tax Offices, Treasury Directorates (Mal Müdürlükleri), Special Provincial Administration Directorates (Özel İdare Müdürlükleri) and all other official and private institutions and organizations, to carry out all kinds of matters and transactions, to pursue and sign them, to submit declarations, undertakings, letters of consent and petitions in my name, to obtain records and

copies, to object, during the posting period, to all kinds of errors in the determination made by the cadastre and to the minutes drawn up, to represent me before the commissions, to object to the commission decisions, to withdraw an objection, to accept or reject these decisions, to sign the minutes to be drawn up, to have the necessary measurements made, to have the errors in the measurements made and in the population, land registry and other records corrected, to have new boundary and surface area and type corrections made, to apply to the relevant land registry directorate and request the registration in the land registry in my name of my rights and shares in the real property/properties, to have them registered in the land registry, to sign the land registry records, books and register, to take delivery of the title deeds, to pay the taxes and fees to be paid, to recover the excess amounts, to be served with and accept service of notifications, to carry out, pursue and conclude by his/her signature all kinds of matters and transactions that need to be done in these respects,
