    Let’s meet at our office for an in-person consultation. Let’s confirm the date and time in advance.

  • Video conference

    WhatsApp, Zoom or Microsoft Teams are available for a video meeting. Join from Türkiye or from abroad; let’s clarify the platform and the joining details at the appointment confirmation.

  • By phone

    Let’s hold a phone consultation suited to the scope of your matter, on the day and at the time we determine.

From your request to the consultation

  1. REQUEST

    Share your preference.

    On the relevant request page, share your matter and your contact details. If you have applied before, state your existing request reference.

  2. PLANNING

    Let’s clarify the scope.

    For your request that reaches our firm, first contact is made within 48 hours at the latest. The scope of the consultation, its planned duration and the consultation fee are communicated before the appointment is finalized.

  3. CONFIRMATION

    Let’s finalize your appointment.

    The date, time, consultation method and language are finalized by mutual confirmation. For participation from abroad, the consultation time is communicated separately for Türkiye and for the city where you are.

A short summary of the events, important dates and existing documents make the consultation easier. Do not let missing documents postpone first contact; do not share sensitive documents with your first request. You can find detailed explanations in the relevant guides.

Information that makes your consultation easier

  • Communication in four languages

    State in your request whether you prefer Turkish, English, German or Russian for the consultation. Let’s plan participation from Türkiye and from abroad together.

  • Changes and cancellation

    Reply to the confirmation message or contact our firm with your request reference. A new date and time are confirmed separately.

  • Online preparation

    Before the consultation, check your internet connection, camera and microphone. If you cannot connect, reach our firm by phone.
