For future opportunities
The candidate pool is intended to allow you to be contacted about future job and internship opportunities that suit your professional profile. Joining is not a commitment to offer a job or internship.
Your choice about the pool is taken independently of your current application. In the proposed arrangement, participation begins on the date on which the separate explicit consent statement is recorded; the outcome of the application is not awaited. The assessment of your current application is subject to its own privacy notice.
Your application is assessed on its own terms
If you do not join the pool, or leave it later, this does not adversely affect the assessment of your current application. A new application does not by itself renew a pool consent that you previously withdrew.
In this version, participation is designed to depend on the career application flow. A standalone pool registration is not offered.

Defined scope, limited purpose
- Contact — First name, last name, email and the telephone number you prefer.
- Professional profile — The education, experience, areas of expertise and professional competencies in your résumé.
- Opportunity preferences — The role and place of work you are interested in and your availability to start.
The proposed pool scope is limited to this information. The data of referees and internal interview notes are not carried into the pool automatically. Identity documents, health information, criminal records and client documents are not requested for the pool.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is processed to assess your suitability for future job and internship opportunities and to contact you about those opportunities, based on your separate and optional explicit consent — KVKK Article 5/1.
The information is obtained directly from you, electronically, through the application form, your résumé and update correspondence. General advertising or newsletter subscription is not within the scope of this choice.
Duration and access limits
Proposed retention period: 12 months
12 months from the date of joining the pool is proposed. This period is not a fixed period prescribed by law; it is a review proposal concerning the firm's policy and must be finalized before publication.
In the proposed arrangement, processing for the pool purpose ends at the end of the period; to continue, renewed information and a new choice are required. Your silence or your earlier consent is not treated as automatic renewal.
Access is limited to the authorized persons who carry out the recruitment assessment. The service providers used, the recipient groups and, where applicable, the conditions for transfer abroad must be explained according to the actual system inventory. Consent collection will not start before these fields are finalized.
The records needed to prove consent and withdrawal are assessed under a purpose, legal basis and retention arrangement separate from the pool profile.
When the period ends
The profile is not used for new opportunities. For data that have no other valid processing condition, the determined destruction arrangement is applied. Backups and copies held by service providers are also included in this arrangement. Records that must be deleted are not restored from backup into the active pool.
Explicit consent statement
The privacy notice is provided before personal data is processed. Acknowledging that you have been informed is separate from the explicit consent choice below; no acceptance or consent is requested for the privacy notice.
Draft statement (separate from the privacy notice · optional). “I give my explicit consent to the processing of my name, surname, contact details, education and professional experience information, and my role and place-of-work preferences, for 12 months from the date I join the pool, for the purpose of assessing my suitability for future job and internship opportunities and of being contacted about those opportunities. I understand that not joining will not affect my current application and that I can withdraw my consent at any time.”
The statement will be made available for use once the identity of the data controller, the recipients and the retention period have been finalized.
- Joining — Happens only through a clear, affirmative choice. No pre-ticked box is used.
- Not joining — You can continue with your application without joining the pool.
- Leaving — You can change your choice later.
You can change your choice
Leaving the pool
To withdraw your consent, you can send your request with the subject “Withdrawal from the candidate pool” to info@gunesgunes.com from the email address you used in your application. Only the information that is necessary and proportionate is requested to match your identity.
Withdrawal does not retroactively make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Processing for the pool purpose is stopped; for data that have no other valid processing condition, a destruction process in accordance with the legislation is applied.
Updating your profile
If your contact details or professional profile change, you can send your update request to the same address. Updating your résumé does not by itself extend the pool period.
Your communication preferences
You can state your preference for communication in Turkish, English, German or Russian, together with your preference to be reached by email or telephone. This choice is not an assessment of your professional language proficiency. Pool communication does not turn into a general advertising or newsletter subscription.
Receipt of a request and completion of the process are separate stages. Notice of completion is given after the relevant process has actually been concluded. Leaving the pool does not mean that all records that must be kept on an independent legal basis are deleted immediately.
Your rights regarding your information
You can exercise your rights under KVKK Article 11, including the right to learn, to request information, to request correction, to request erasure or destruction when the conditions are met, and your other rights. Detailed application methods are explained in the Career Candidate Privacy Notice.
Leaving the pool, withdrawing from the current application and requesting erasure of personal data are different requests. Stating clearly the action you want makes it easier for your request to be assessed correctly.
Text version and changes
Your participation is matched to the version of the privacy and consent texts presented to you. If the purpose or scope changes, the necessary new information is provided; your earlier consent is not deemed to have been given for an expanded processing activity.
The participation record summary should show the start and end dates, the text version and the way to access preference management. Only the information that is necessary and proportionate is kept for these records.
Reading and process support
If you have difficulty reading the text or completing the preference process, you can request accessibility support by contacting us. Do not share a medical report or unnecessary special-category information in your support request.
Short answers before you choose
Will my application be reviewed if I do not join the pool?
Yes. The assessment of the current application and the candidate pool are independent of each other.
Does joining mean I will be hired?
No. The pool allows you to be contacted again when a suitable opportunity arises; it does not guarantee a job or internship.
Is the period renewed automatically?
In the proposed arrangement, no. To continue, new information and a new choice are required.
Does reading this page mean giving consent?
No. Reading the privacy notice and giving explicit consent are different acts.
