to have the vehicle(s) registered in the name of my decedent transferred to my name in accordance with the Certificates of Inheritance, to apply to the relevant Tax Office or Public Finance Offices (Mal Müdürlükleri), to prepare, sign and submit the Inheritance and Transfer Tax declarations, to pay the taxes, to receive the letters of clearance or of no debt, to have the vehicle entered and registered in my name with the relevant registration authority, to issue and receive vehicle registration and temporary road permit documents, to have technical inspections and determinations carried out, to request a plate change, to surrender the vehicle plate, to have all kinds of modification, assembly and alteration work carried out on the vehicle, to have a logo added or removed, to have LPG, a tachograph device or a taximeter installed or removed, to give undertakings, to have it registered in the registry, to sign registration request documents, to receive the registration certificate, to obtain a plate, to transfer the plate to any place wished, to have every kind of insurance for it taken out with any insurance company on any form and terms wished, to sign the policies, to pay all kinds of taxes, fees, expenses and premiums, to reclaim overpayments, to issue a registration certificate and plate in place of lost ones, to prepare and sign loss undertakings, to carry out all necessary procedures in these matters, if I have no address on record in the Address Registration System (AKS), to apply to the relevant Provincial or District Population Directorates (Nüfus Müdürlükleri) and make an address declaration, when necessary to make a second address declaration in my name, to carry out, representing me, all official work and procedures required in these matters, to pursue them and conclude them by signing,
