to purchase, representing me, from anyone the attorney-in-fact wishes, at any price and on any terms wished, every kind of motorized and non-motorized vehicle and every kind of work machine, either outright or with retention of title, to pay the purchase prices, to sign the contracts, to terminate the sale contract, to withdraw from the sale contract, to prepare and sign correction declarations, to sign and accept service of Trip Assignment Order (Sefer Görev Emri) documents, when necessary to request and receive a Trip Assignment Order document or a copy of it from the relevant Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate, to pay all kinds of taxes, fees, expenses and premiums, to reclaim overpayments, to sign declarations, to receive receipts and documents, to have every kind of motorized and non-motorized vehicle of which I am or will be the owner entered and registered with the relevant registration authority, to issue and receive vehicle registration and temporary road permit documents and registration records, to have technical inspections and determinations carried out, to deregister from traffic, to put into traffic, to scrap, to carry out registration closing or registration opening procedures, to request a plate change, to surrender the vehicle plate, to have engine, chassis and any other kind of modification, assembly and alteration work carried out on the vehicle, to have a logo added or removed, to have LPG, a tachograph device or a taximeter installed or removed, to give undertakings, to have it registered in the registry, to sign registration request documents, to receive the registration certificate, to obtain a plate, to transfer the plate to any place wished, to have every kind of insurance for it taken out with any insurance company on any form and terms wished, to sign the policies, to have the file transferred between cities, to issue and receive a file, plate and registration certificate in place of lost ones, to obtain an expert appraisal report, to sign, to present, to prepare and sign the necessary declarations and undertakings, to apply to the population directorates (nüfus müdürlükleri) and make an address declaration, to declare a second address when necessary, to carry out all necessary procedures in these matters, and to pursue them and conclude them by signing
