Terror victims' procedures power of attorney

In relation to my inheritance rights and shares by reason of the death of all my decedent and my decedent's predecessors, within the scope of the Law No. 5233 on Compensation for Losses Resulting from Terrorism and the Fight against Terrorism and other laws and the relevant legislation attached to these laws, in order for me to benefit from all kinds of aid in kind and in cash and housing aid that the competent authorities of the Republic of Türkiye will provide pursuant to the Return to Village and Rehabilitation Project and other laws on account of the demolition, burning, damage and loss of the immovable property/properties due to terrorism, to follow up and conclude the acts and transactions to be carried out in my name before all official authorities and bodies within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, Governorships, District Governorships, Provincial Special Administration Directorates, the Damage Assessment Commission Presidency, Municipalities, the General Staff and its relevant units, the T.C. Ministry of National Defence, the T.C. Ministry of the Interior Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency and its affiliated provincial directorates, the provincial directorates attached to the T.C. Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation, Land Registry and Cadastre Directorates (Tapu ve Kadastro Müdürlükleri) and all official authorities, to make applications, to submit petitions, to sign, to complete declarations, to draw up and sign them, to submit them to the relevant bodies, to claim, collect and take delivery of the housing or terror compensation to be given in my name in proportion to my inheritance right and share, to sign papers and documents, to name witnesses or experts, to produce records, to sign them, to have findings recorded, to sign records and reports, to sign delivery and receipt records, to have places entered, to submit declarations, likewise to receive all kinds of aid in kind and in cash, monies and all kinds of compensation to be paid, from the relevant institutions and organisations that will make the payment or from the relevant bank branches to which they will remit them, to demand, collect and receive (ahzu kabz), to settle and to grant release, to obtain the papers and documents of every kind that will be requested from me and present them to the relevant authorities, to receive and hand over documents by hand, to correspond, to have records and copies of every kind issued by the relevant population directorates, to take delivery2, to sign, to carry out all acts and transactions required in this regard, to follow them up and to conclude them by signing,
