Disaster housing power of attorney

To demand and collect, on my behalf, from the Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate of the province of ..., or from all official and private, national and foreign banks now existing and hereafter to exist within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye

the entitlement payments for the DISASTER HOUSES to be given to me by the Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate, at the counters of the head office and all branches of T.C. Ziraat Bank Inc. (T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş.) and Türkiye Halk Bank Inc. (Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş.) now existing within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, or at the counters of the revenue offices, tax offices or local finance offices, to collect and receive (ahzu kabz), to accept cheques, to collect their value, to sign entitlement reports, to receive the payments, to draw up and sign all documents and papers to be prepared and submit them to the relevant authorities and bodies, to grant release, to submit, to lodge objections, to issue warnings and notices and to respond to warnings and notices, to obtain the construction permit, to appoint a technical supervisor, to take delivery of the site on my behalf, to draw our lots, to take delivery of the buildings on my behalf, to have the construction carried out, to appoint technical personnel, to have plans and sketches certified, to carry out the timber allocation procedures to be made through forest enterprises, to sign inspection records, to employ workers, to have the workers insured, to pay the insurance premiums, to purchase building materials, to demand, collect and receive additional appropriations, progress payments and all such monies to be paid to me by the Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorates, from the relevant directorates or from the official and private bank branches to which they are remitted, to represent me with full authority before the T.C. Ministry of the Interior Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency, the Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorates, banks, and official and private offices, to take the timber to be allocated in my name from the T.C. Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry or its affiliated provincial and district directorates, to pay its price,

to hand over and take delivery, to be served with and accept service of notifications, to carry out all acts and transactions required in these matters, to follow them up and to conclude them by signing,
