Power of attorney to withdraw money from accounts and insurance left by the deceased

With respect to the money, gold, silver, and the precious metals, capital market instruments, investment funds and money in any kind of accounts, including investment and individual custody accounts, that have passed or will pass to me together with the other heirs from my decedent, the holder of the Republic of Türkiye identity number, named, to request, collect and receive at any time, whether at maturity or before maturity, together with accrued interest, the portion falling

to my share, to liquidate, to sell, to convert into cash, to pay with the proceeds the portfolio management fees of portfolio management companies without being limited to any amount, to transfer the precious metals, capital market instruments, investment funds and these amounts to any account the attorney-in-fact sees fit by EFT, remittance and transfer between accounts, to collect and receive, to settle and release, to close any kind of accounts, to have opened and closed any safe deposit boxes that have passed or will pass to me together with the other heirs, to take delivery of the portion falling to my share, to sell, convert into money and receive the proceeds of the capital market instruments, including all kinds of shares, that have passed or will pass to me together with the other heirs from my decedent and from my earlier decedents, to make transfers between accounts to my account or to an account designated by the attorney-in-fact, to pay any inheritance and transfer tax that has arisen or will arise or to have it set off from the account, to request and take delivery of information and documents concerning the accounts and debts of my decedent and the precious metals, capital market instruments, securities, investment funds and amounts held in the accounts, to pay and restructure the debts of my decedent, to request, collect and receive, by EFT, remittance and transfer between accounts, the money to be paid in my name by all insurance and pension companies, other than that under Article 57 of Law No. 7251, by reason of the death of my decedent, to draw up, negotiate, sign and amend any contracts, undertakings, instructions, receipts and other documents relating to all these transactions, and to carry out all related acts and transactions, to give explicit consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of carrying out the marketing activities necessary to benefit from opportunities and campaigns concerning products and services and of establishing and managing bank strategies so that special products and services can be offered, and to its sharing with banks and the partners, affiliates, joint ventures of financial institutions, all of their subsidiaries, suppliers, business partners and institutions and organizations that may be located in Türkiye or abroad, and with 3rd parties, to sign the Clarification Form and the Consent Form under the Personal Data Protection Law, to give permission for commercial electronic messages to be sent and to sign the Commercial Electronic Message Form, to pursue and conclude by signing all acts and transactions required in this regard,
