With respect to the business premises located at the address and titled, which have passed or will pass to me by reason of the death of my decedent named, to carry out the transfer procedures in my name before the relevant Tax Offices, Municipalities, the Ministry of Finance, the Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen and all official offices, to submit the transfer and inheritance declarations, to pay the taxes, to submit petitions, to have the registration of my decedent deleted, to draw up and sign the papers and documents to be drawn up in this regard, to pay fees and taxes, to have the business license for the business premises issued in my name, to take delivery of the license, after the license is issued to transfer this business premises, whose address and title are stated, to whomever the attorney-in-fact chooses at such price and on such terms as the attorney-in-fact sees fit, to receive the transfer proceeds, to determine and fix the terms of the agreement and to sign the transfer agreements, if the attorney-in-fact so wishes to take over the right of operation and the license in the attorney-in-fact's own name, to have them recorded and registered, to carry out, pursue and conclude by signing all acts and transactions required in this regard,
