Power of attorney for collecting retirement pension / promotional payment

With regard to the retirement pensions awarded in my name by the Social Security Institution (Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu), the pension differences, the social assistance payments, and all sums to be paid to me in connection therewith under whatever name; to apply to all branches of all official, semi-official, private, national, and foreign banks and financial institutions currently existing and hereafter existing within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye and of PTT (Turkish Post), to open accounts in my name, to sign all kinds of account opening agreements and documents, to close the accounts if necessary, to collect the retirement pensions awarded in my name by the Social Security Institution, the pension differences, the social assistance payments, and all sums to be paid to me in connection therewith under whatever name, from the branch of the bank or financial institution or of PTT to which they are transferred or in which they are deposited, to collect and receive, to settle and release, to move my retirement pension to any bank, financial institution, or PTT branch he wishes, to claim and collect the retirement pension promotion, to sign the undertakings and documents necessary for participation in campaigns by banks, financial institutions, or PTT branches aimed at the payment of promotional sums, to give an undertaking to receive my pensions from the same bank, financial institution, or PTT branch for as long as he wishes and not to transfer them to another bank, financial institution, or PTT branch, to undertake the refund of the promotion to the bank, financial institution, or PTT branches, to receive the promotional sum to be paid, to apply to the relevant bank or P.T.T. branches and request an ATM (bank card), to take delivery of the ATM (bank card) to be issued and its PIN, to use, renew, and extend the validity of the ATM (bank card), to request it anew in case of its loss, to take delivery of it, in case it is retained inside the A.T.M. machine, to take delivery of it from the relevant bank or P.T.T. branch, to sign all kinds of agreements, undertakings, instructions, and receipts relating to all these transactions, and, in order to be able to benefit from opportunities and campaigns relating to products and services, to give the necessary

explicit consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of carrying out marketing activities, creating and managing bank strategies so that special products and services can be offered, and to its sharing with PTT, banks, the partners, affiliates, joint ventures of financial institutions, all of their subsidiaries, suppliers, business partners, and institutions and organisations that may be located in Türkiye or abroad, and with 3rd parties, to sign the Information Notice (Aydınlatma Formu) and the Consent Form (Rıza Formu) relating to the Personal Data Protection Law (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu), to give permission for commercial electronic messages to be sent and to sign the Commercial Electronic Message Form (Ticari Elektronik İleti Formu), and to follow up and conclude by signing,
