Power of attorney for bank transactions

Within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, at all official, semi-official, private, national and foreign banks and financial institutions that currently exist and will exist hereafter, by applying to all their branches, TO OPEN NEW ACCOUNTS on my behalf, to sign the account opening agreements and other documents required for opening accounts, to withdraw money at any time and in any amount from the accounts so opened and from all my accounts of whatever name, whether already opened or to be opened hereafter, including TL, FOREIGN CURRENCY and investment accounts, portfolio management accounts, commercial accounts, term and demand accounts, to deposit money into these accounts, to request an overdraft account linked to any of my accounts, to determine the credit limit as he/she wishes, to increase it, to decrease it, to demand, to collect and to receive, to settle and to release, to request all agreements, account summaries, statements, receipts and all kinds of information and documents produced by means of a durable data medium relating to all my rights and receivables, transactions, accounts and all kinds of my debts at banks and financial institutions, to take delivery of them in whatever manner he/she wishes by the means the bank makes available, to change and to update my personal information in the bank records, such as address, telephone and e-mail, by the means the bank makes available, and in connection with all these transactions to draw up all kinds of agreements,

undertakings, instructions and other documents, to negotiate, to sign, to make TL, FOREIGN CURRENCY,

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFERS (EFT), to dispose electronically as he/she wishes, to obtain electronic passwords, to obtain receipts, to make transfers between all my accounts, to make remittances from all my accounts, to obtain information about the accounts, to draw up and sign declarations, forms, undertakings and all papers and documents of whatever name, to check the accounts, to have all existing accounts and those to be opened hereafter closed, to have them reopened, where necessary to extend their maturities, to demand, to collect and to receive, to settle and to release the principal and interest of term accounts both at maturity and on condition of breaking the maturity date, where necessary to waive their interest, to take delivery of passbooks, to operate passbooks, to give releases for their reissue if the passbooks are lost, to sign the necessary papers and documents at notary offices and with the relevant authorities, to obtain account summaries, statements and printouts, and likewise, from the branches of all banks and financial institutions within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye and from the tellers of all other private and legal institutions and organizations, to receive the remittances that have arrived and will arrive by post, through customs and by other means in TL, FOREIGN CURRENCY and ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT), as well as packages, valuable papers, parcels and all goods and the like, to demand, to collect and to receive, to settle and to release, when necessary to send the remittances arriving in TL, FOREIGN CURRENCY and ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT), as well as packages, valuable papers, parcels and all goods and the like, to all relevant authorities, persons and organizations, to pursue and conclude their affairs and transactions, to perform and complete them, to sign their papers, to make written and oral applications, to correct errors, and likewise, by applying to the branches of all banks and financial institutions within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye and to the tellers and offices of all other private and legal institutions and organizations, to make applications for obtaining a chequebook, to request it, to take delivery of chequebooks, to sign a cheque undertaking, to draw up and sign the necessary papers, documents and agreements, to correct errors, to receive and hand over papers by hand, to pay fees and expenses, to make written and oral declarations and undertakings, to take delivery by hand, from the relevant private and legal authorities and organizations, of the cheques and promissory notes of which I am the holder and creditor, to sign their papers, to endorse them, to demand, to collect and to receive, to settle and to release the cheque amounts of the cheques of which I am the holder and creditor, including blocked cheques, from the relevant bank and bank branch or from the tellers of all private and legal authorities and organizations, to transfer them to whichever account he/she wishes, to endorse them, to present them, to submit them for clearing, to collect the bank liability amounts, to settle, to waive and to release, when necessary to have them protested, to pursue and conclude the protest procedures, to sign, to obtain receipts, to have errors corrected, and likewise, to demand, to collect and to receive, to settle and to release the debts, loans and receivables to be obtained from all private and legal authorities and organizations within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, to pursue and conclude the transactions relating to this matter, to sign, to sign warning letters, notices and other papers, to present them, and likewise, by applying to the branches of all banks and financial institutions within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye and to other relevant institutions and organizations, to make debt and loan requests, to sign loan agreements, to demand, to collect and to receive, to settle and to release the loan amounts, to make debt and loan declarations and undertakings, to sign papers and documents, to pay the debt at maturity, when necessary to defer it and to pay it in instalments, to close the debt together with its principal and accessories, to pursue and conclude the affairs and transactions, to sign, and likewise, from the branches of all banks and financial institutions within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye and from brokerage houses, to purchase shares, bonds and treasury bills offered to the public at whatever price and on whatever terms he/she wishes, when necessary to sell them to whomever he/she wishes at whatever price and on whatever terms he/she wishes, to enter into repo transactions, to pay and to receive their prices, to demand, to collect and to receive, to settle and to release, to perform and complete the transactions, to carry out their controls, to carry out and sign the purchase and sale agreements to be drawn up and all kinds of transactions relating to them, and likewise, at the branches of all official, semi-official, private, national and foreign banks and financial institutions within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye that currently exist and will exist hereafter, and of PTT Bank, by applying to all their branches, to request a safe deposit box on my behalf, to rent a safe, to sign the safe deposit box agreement, undertakings and necessary papers, to take delivery of the keys, to use the safe deposit box, to hand the keys over to authorized persons, to pay the rent and deposit amounts, to determine the payment method for these amounts, to be present when the safes that I have rented or will rent are opened, to open the safe deposit box, to take delivery of everything in the safe, namely papers of every kind, money, gold, silver, valuable papers, precious metals and all contents, if he/she wishes to place items in it, to dispose of the safe

contents as he/she wishes, to have the safe deposit box agreements cancelled, to renew them, if he/she loses the safe keys, to request the replacement of the safe lock and take delivery of the new keys, to sign the requests and releases to be given in this regard to the relevant banks and financial institutions, to have all safe deposit boxes that have been and will be opened closed, to collect and receive, to release the banks, to deliver and to take delivery, and likewise, by applying to all branches of all banks and financial institutions within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, to make all card applications, whether for ATM (bankamatik) cards, credit cards or cards of whatever name, that have been or will be issued, to have them renewed, to take delivery by hand, to have declarations, undertakings and all kinds of papers and documents prepared, to sign, to make written and oral applications, to draw up and sign petitions, in the event of theft or loss of the card to carry out the necessary procedures as well, to have the card cancelled, by applying to all private and official bank branches and private financial institutions within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, to request a POS machine, to sign all papers and agreements to be drawn up in this regard, to deposit money, on account of the POS machine, into the account to be opened on my

behalf, to withdraw money, to collect and receive, to settle and to release, to sign the receipts, with respect to all kinds of my accounts existing at all official, semi-official, private, national and foreign banks and special financial institutions within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye that currently exist and will exist hereafter, to follow my internet banking transactions, to carry out banking transactions electronically, to request passwords relating to internet banking, to take delivery of the passwords by hand, if he/she wishes to change them, if he/she wishes to request new ones, to draw up and sign all kinds of papers and documents, to pursue and conclude, by signing, all kinds of acts and transactions that must be carried out on account of the matters written above,
