Pledge-giving power of attorney (vehicle / commercial plate / route, for own debt)

At all official, semi-official, private, national and foreign banks and financial institutions that currently exist and will exist hereafter within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, in order to constitute security for my debts, arisen and to arise, resulting from all kinds of credit agreements that I have signed or will sign and/or, without being limited thereto,

from all kinds of contracts and undertakings that I have signed or will sign, and for my debts, arisen and to arise, resulting from credit agreements and/or all other kinds of contracts and undertakings that I have signed as guarantor, on the same, in any pledge system, for any amount, maturity, order and rank and on any terms the attorney-in-fact wishes, to have all kinds of pledges established, to give pledges, to sign pledge agreements, to prepare and sign all kinds of undertakings and declarations relating to the pledge and all documents, to grant the right to benefit from a vacant rank and the right to move up to a vacated rank and to have them annotated, to carry out the registration procedures with the pledgee and also before the Movable Pledge Registry (TARES), the Notaries of Türkiye Vehicle Registration System and the relevant Notary Offices, the Traffic Registration Directorate, the other relevant registries and all official authorities, and to give consent on any terms wished, to insure the vehicle subject to the pledge on any conditions wished, to amend, to pay all costs and premiums, to renew the insurances, to sign all kinds of papers and other documents, to make the relevant fee, tax and other payments, and to pursue and conclude by signing all kinds of procedures,
