Lease power of attorney

to lease any part or the whole of all the real properties within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye of which I am the owner and shareholder and of which I will hereafter become the owner and shareholder, at such price and on such conditions as he/she sees fit, to any persons or institutions he/she sees fit, to conclude contracts with the tenants, to correct errors, to extend the terms of the lease contracts, to make changes in the conditions, if he/she wishes to terminate, to put new tenants in place of departing tenants, to collect the rents that have accrued or will accrue, to collect and receive, to draw up and sign receipts, to grant releases, to settle all kinds of disputes with the tenants, to annotate and register the contracts in the land registry and, where necessary, to cancel them, to attend the meetings of the unit owners, to sign the attendance list, minutes and resolutions of the meetings, to vote at the meetings, to take part in the resolutions or to object, to sign the resolution book, to be elected as manager, to resign, to serve the tenant with notices of warning, notices of information and protests, to give replies, to be served with and accept service of notifications,
