General power of attorney for vehicle sales

Of which I am the owner now and will be the owner hereafter, every kind of motorized or non-motorized

vehicles of mine and work machines: to sell them at any price and on any terms the attorney-in-fact wishes, either outright or with retention of title, to collect the sale proceeds, to sign sale deeds or contracts, to correct errors, to prepare and sign correction declarations, in sales with retention of title, to receive the promissory notes payable to order that are to be issued to me, to grant releases at the end of the debt, to sign letters of consent, to terminate the sales when necessary, to resell, to deregister from traffic, to put into traffic, to scrap, to carry out registration closing or registration opening procedures, to surrender the vehicle plate, to have engine, chassis and any other kind of modification, assembly and alteration work carried out on the vehicle, to have a logo added or removed, to have LPG, a tachograph device or a taximeter installed or removed, to give undertakings, to have it registered in the registry, to sign registration request documents, to receive the registration certificate, to sign the necessary papers and documents, to lift the attachments, pledges and other annotations on the vehicle, to receive by hand from the relevant persons or institutions the letters stating that the attachments, pledges and other annotations have been lifted, to obtain an expert appraisal report, to sign, to present, to have the technical inspections carried out when necessary,
