Power of attorney to follow up and conclude all kinds of transactions

In relation to all movable or immovable property within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye of which I am or will hereafter be the owner and shareholder, and likewise which has devolved or will hereafter devolve upon me by inheritance from all my decedents, for the follow-up and conclusion of mortgages, expropriation, construction, condominium ownership, tenders, commercial affairs, telephone, savings bonds, the collection of all kinds of rights and receivables, and all other transactions whatsoever, before the land registry, the finance office, the municipality, the tax office, all tax offices, the cadastre, all banks, natural and legal persons, companies, cooperatives, insurers, PTT, customs, the relevant registration bodies, the zoning directorate, the chamber of architects and engineers, the Social Security Institution, the telephone provincial administration, chambers of commerce, ministries, notary offices and all other official and private offices, whether or not named in this power of attorney, to follow up my affairs to the last instance and to conclude them by signing, to make written and oral applications, to obtain records and copies from official offices and the archives of institutions and organisations and from notary offices, to have corrections made, to pay all kinds of taxes, fees, deposits and the like, to collect, at the counters of the competent authority, such of all these sums paid or to be paid as are to be refunded, to collect and receive (ahzu kabz), to grant releases, to complete all declarations and submit them to the relevant authorities, to draw up and sign all contracts, supplementary contracts, addenda, terminations, amendments, transfers, assignment-of-receivable contracts in favour of or against me (assignments), consents, undertakings, receipts, release instruments and other relevant instruments, to have them certified, and where necessary to have them registered with the relevant authorities, and to follow up and conclude my affairs to the last instance in all these matters without requiring any new authorisation from me,
