ENFORCEMENT AND DEBT COLLECTION / PROCESS GUIDE
How does it proceed, step by step?
The steps may run in parallel or change depending on the nature of the matter. Also read the key distinctions below.
The enforcement request and payment order are prepared; notification is made.
Payment or an objection made within the time limit is checked.
If there is an objection, the proceedings stop; the routes of removal/annulment available to the creditor are examined according to their conditions.
Once the proceedings can continue, attachment and, if necessary, sale and collection are followed.
THIS DISTINCTION MATTERS
Do not overlook the conditions specific to your matter.
The seven-day objection period and the stopping effect in the general rule belong to this enforcement route; they are not carried over unchanged to special enforcement routes.
