Daily duties and areas of responsibility

Shuttle planning, daytime transport and safe driving

• Planning and running staff shuttles

  Providing safe and timely transport for staff to the office at the start of the working day and home at the end of it, following routes and departure times in line with the daily schedule and with attention to punctuality and passenger comfort.

• Daytime transport for lawyers and team members

  Handling the transport needed by lawyers and other staff for court hearings, public authorities, client meetings and other appointments, and assessing the priority, timing and route of each request with the team members concerned.

• Schedule alignment and operational coordination

  Keeping track of the order of trips, shuttle times and changing schedules so that shuttles do not clash with daytime trips; coordinating urgent or late requests with the administrative unit and updating routes and departure plans where necessary.

• Safety, traffic discipline and careful driving

  Observing traffic rules, the safety of people and property and safe driving principles; putting passenger comfort and a careful, responsible approach first, with courteous communication and coordination within the team.
