Power of attorney for urban transformation procedures

With regard to that of which I am the owner and co-owner, within the framework of Law No. 6306 on the Transformation of Areas under Disaster Risk (Afet Riski Altındaki Alanların Dönüştürülmesi Hakkındaki Kanun) and the regulations for the implementation of this law, to apply on my behalf to the authorized institutions in order to obtain a risky building determination report, to have the risky building determination report approved by the Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, to submit a petition on my behalf stating that I will not object to the risky building determination report, to obtain from the Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization an EXEMPTION letter for the fees of Municipalities, Land Registry Directorates, Notaries and all official institutions and organizations, to make, on my behalf, an urban transformation rent assistance application under Law No. 6306 and to obtain it, to object to rent reports already issued, to apply to the authorized institutions and organizations to obtain the building value determination report, to object to building value reports already issued, to accept, to waive the right of objection, to carry out all kinds of transactions within the framework of Law No. 6306 at the relevant notary offices, all Municipalities and all Land Registry Directorates, to sign undertakings and letters of consent, to submit petitions, to pay fees, to obtain official documents, to obtain projects from the archive on my behalf, to obtain records for the immovable properties from the National Address Database (UAVT), to apply to the Population Directorates and obtain a Residence Certificate (Yerleşim Yeri Belgesi) on my behalf, and to represent me with the attorney-in-fact's own signature in all acts and transactions to be carried out within the scope of Law No. 6306 and the Regulations, Circulars, By-laws and Rulings issued under the provisions of this Law,

to issue release deeds and warnings and notices, to serve notifications, to reply to those whose notifications have been accepted, to serve and accept service of documents in person, to obtain records and copies, to examine the files, to represent me before the Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the bodies affiliated to the Ministry that have been or will hereafter be established in these matters, to carry out all kinds of transactions relating to the demolition of the risky building, to authorize official and private demolition companies, to obtain permits for the demolition of the building from Municipalities and official institutions, to make official requests for any kind of demolition, to represent me regarding the decisions to be taken in these matters, to sign the building joint decision protocol to be drawn up, to sign the minutes, to object to the decisions if necessary, to follow up and conclude the necessary legal procedures, to carry out transactions and make requests on my behalf at Governorships, District Governorships, Municipalities and the official institutions affiliated to them within the framework of Law No. 6306 and the legislation issued within the scope of this Law, and likewise, with respect to the immovable properties whose characteristics I have specified, to remove all kinds of encumbrances, annotations and structures built thereon by applying to the relevant Land Registry and Cadastre Directorates and Foundations Directorates, to obtain clean-record certificates (temiz kağıt), to pay all kinds of taxes, duties and fees that must be paid, to recover overpaid amounts upon request, to collect and receive, to follow up, draw up and sign from beginning to end all acts and transactions required at the relevant Land Registry and Cadastre Directorates, to draw up and sign all official papers and documents to be issued in connection with these matters in their entirety, to obtain and issue records and copies of this power of attorney, to carry out, follow up and conclude by signature all kinds of acts and transactions required in these matters,
