Power of attorney for internet banking

With all official, semi-official, private, national and foreign banks and financial institutions that currently exist, or will exist hereafter, within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, and by applying to all their branches, to apply in order to benefit from internet banking services, to consent to the processing of forms, agreements, undertakings and the like for the purposes of carrying out the marketing activities necessary to benefit from opportunities and campaigns relating to products and services, offering special products and services, and shaping and managing bank strategies, and to their sharing with all banks and financial institutions within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye and their partners, affiliates, joint ventures, all of their subsidiaries, suppliers, business partners and institutions and organizations that may be located in Türkiye or abroad, and with third persons, to approve/sign the Privacy Notice Form and Consent Form under the Personal Data Protection Law (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu), the Commercial Electronic Message Form, the FATCA Declaration Form, the Product Information Form, the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) Form and all other kinds of documents, to request from the banks all kinds of passwords, codes, account numbers etc. information necessary for the use of internet

banking, to apply for a security key/mobile security key, to receive it, to change, to use the passwords, codes etc., to determine the terms of use, to have internet banking opened for use, to have all of my accounts existing at the banks and to be opened in future registered for internet banking, to open new accounts, to close at any time all accounts opened and to be opened, to use the registered accounts without limit, to request loans whenever desired and have them allocated, to request, collect and receive (ahzu kabz) the loan amounts, to use them, if desired, by transferring them to my accounts, to determine and use the credit limits of credit accounts, to make, by using internet banking, virman/remittance/EFT/SWIFT transfers, including to the accounts of my attorney-in-fact himself/herself, to any name/account, in any amount and at any time desired, to give and cancel all kinds of payment instructions, to carry out all kinds of capital market and investment transactions, to approve/sign the agreements relating to these transactions, the Risk Disclosure Form and the Suitability and Appropriateness Test, to determine the nature and limit of the transactions that can be made on the internet, to update/change all information concerning me at banks and financial institutions, such as address, telephone number, identity etc., to close the internet banking services, to withdraw from membership, in short to carry out without any restriction all transactions that can be made over the internet, to draw up, negotiate, sign, approve and amend all kinds of agreements, undertakings, instructions, receipts and other documents relating to all these transactions to be made in my name in electronic form, to carry out all related acts and transactions, to pursue them and to conclude them with his/her signature,
