Within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, all immovable properties of which I am or will become the owner and co-owner, with all my immovable properties and / or with those within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye

of any immovable property chosen by the attorney-in-fact, to carry out and complete all kinds of merger of parcels, division of parcels, parcelling, partition and other transactions, to give the necessary declarations, to accept the declarations to be given and thus to request and receive the new title deeds as well, and on all immovable properties within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye of which I am or will become the owner and co-owner and all immovable properties that have come or will come to me by inheritance, at any time, in any form and on any terms, to have houses, apartment buildings, workplaces and any other kind of construction built, to have the electricity, water and natural gas of the buildings located on these immovable properties cut off, to recover the guarantees and deposits, to terminate the contracts concluded with the electricity, natural gas and water administrations, to sign the termination agreements, to have the existing building demolished, to obtain the demolition permit and the below-foundation and above-foundation permits, to have the plans and projects approved, to have alterations and corrections made to the plans and projects, to draw up and have certified the documents relating to the parcel map, sketch, reference-point sketch, alignment survey and road elevation, to receive and hand over documents in person, to enter into and sign, in connection with the construction work, construction contracts, demolition contracts and site chief contracts with any natural persons and legal entities on any terms, to terminate, amend and re-conclude contracts already made, furthermore to have electricity, water, natural gas, gas and sewerage connected to the buildings constructed, to have their plans and projects drawn up and approved, to conclude and sign all kinds of contracts for the establishment of subscriptions at the relevant official and private institutions, to separate joint subscriptions, to pay and recover the guarantees and deposits, to have meters installed, to have them inspected, to replace faulty ones, and to follow up and conclude by signature, on my behalf, the acts and transactions required in this regard at the relevant municipalities and sewerage administrations and the electricity, water, natural gas and gas administrations, Furthermore, to represent me at the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Museums, the General Directorate for the Protection of Natural Assets, other relevant institutions and organizations, the relevant provincial and/or branch directorates, and the Fire Department Directorates, to draw up and sign the documents and papers that must be signed, to obtain the necessary permits and licenses, to carry out the acts and transactions required before the relevant Land Registry Directorate, Cadastre Directorates, Municipalities and their affiliated units and authorities, to sign documents, to receive and hand over documents in person, Furthermore, for the construction work: to have the architectural project drawn up, to have it approved by the relevant authorities, to have ground survey reports prepared and signed, to carry out the transactions relating to the parcel map, sketch and reference-point sketch, to have them drawn up and approved, to pay, representing me, the taxes, fees and expenses that must be paid in these matters, to recover amounts overpaid or paid without cause, to collect and receive, to settle and release, to sign, representing me, the declarations, letters of consent and undertakings that must be given by me in these matters, to follow up and conclude the acts and transactions to be carried out before the Cadastre Directorates, to have measurements taken, to make the necessary applications in this regard, likewise, for the construction work, to request letters of consent from the other co-owners of the real estate, to give consent, to sign, likewise, representing me, to have the construction to be carried out inspected, representing me likewise, with respect to the real estate whose land registry records are stated above, to apply to the Cadastre Directorates and other relevant units and to sign the documents and papers that must be signed concerning the right and share in the real estate, to obtain the construction permit from the Municipalities and from

the Chambers, to conclude and terminate contracts with the Chambers, to make all kinds of declarations, letters of consent and undertakings, in connection with the construction, in my capacity as employer, to apply to the Social Security Institution (SGK) or to its Provincial Directorates for the e-bildirge (electronic notification) and the monthly Premium and Service Statement that must be submitted to the Social Security Institution over the internet and in electronic form, to sign the e-bildirge agreement, to receive from the Institution against signature the envelope containing the user code and user password, to represent me in having the monthly premium and service statement concerning the insured persons working at the workplace sent to the Institution over the internet and in having the other transactions on this matter carried out, to follow up and conclude the acts and transactions to be carried out before the SGK, to have projects approved and sign contracts at all Water Administrations and Electricity Administrations, to apply to all Metropolitan Municipalities and other relevant Municipalities and carry out and conclude all kinds of transactions required for the construction work, to obtain permits for TUS from the relevant Water Administrations and Municipalities, to obtain licenses, to obtain documents showing the zoning status, to obtain an excavation permit, to carry out the transactions required at the relevant Municipality, Land Registry and Cadastre Directorates, to make and sign car park, infrastructure and road contribution and all kinds of declarations and undertakings, and, in connection with these matters, to carry out all the acts and transactions that are to be

required, from beginning to end, with full authority, to follow them up and to conclude them by signature
