Customs power of attorney

In relation to the exports my firm will make abroad, in order to export the merchandise, whose qualities and contents will be determined and notified by my firm, that will be delivered to your firm in packaged form, and likewise, in relation to the imports my firm will make from abroad, in order to import the merchandise whose qualities and contents will be determined and notified by my firm, to sign the exit declaration, invoice, packing list, declaration, undertaking, free export declaration, registration and licence declarations and their annexes, ATR1, certificate of origin and special origin, draft, bill of exchange, declaration, bill of lading, cargo bill (hamule senedi), manifest, insurance policies, bank delivery receipt, all export documents and the import entry, transhipment and transit declarations, bill of lading and freight work, petitions and all import documents, to pursue and conclude the procedures in all official and private offices of the Government of the Republic of Türkiye, in all ministries, the T.C. Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the Undersecretariat of Treasury and Foreign Trade, the Incentives and Implementation Department, chambers of commerce and industry, chambers of tradesmen and craftsmen, trade registry directorates, tradesmen and craftsmen registry directorates, exporters' associations, regional trade directorates, export directorates, export chief inspectorates, agricultural quarantine, public health and veterinary directorates, provincial governorships and consulates, and in the departments and branches of all official offices, to have export and import documents endorsed, to pay the fees and expenses to be paid, to receive the receipts, to have warehouses released, to represent the company and my firm at all customs offices, (for appointing an attorney for the completion of customs procedures) to take delivery from the relevant customs offices of the goods that have come or will come from abroad in the name of the company and the firm, to sign delivery and receipt documents, to carry out imports by way of temporary import pursuant to the relevant articles of the Customs Law, to obtain an export incentive certificate, to pay the insurance premiums, transport and freight charges of export and import goods, to represent my company and my firm in these matters, to take back as cheques the guarantees deposited at customs in my firm's name, to release the guarantees, to reclaim overpayments,
