Power of attorney for pledge of bank deposits / accounts (for the debt of the attorney-in-fact - general)

Within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, at all official, semi-official, private, national and foreign banks and financial institutions that currently exist and will exist hereafter, to constitute the security for the debts of my attorney-in-fact, the person with No. , named/titled, arising and to arise from all kinds of loan agreements that he/she has signed and will sign with them and, without being limited thereto, from all kinds of agreements and undertakings that he/she has signed and will sign, together with his/her debts that he/she has signed or will sign in the capacity of guarantor, all kinds of my deposits and all kinds of my accounts held or to be held at all banks and financial institutions, investment funds, government bonds, treasury bills and Eurobonds, and without being limited thereto all my capital market instruments of whatever name, and all my rights that have arisen and will arise on account of them, the amounts corresponding to them if the said capital market instruments are converted into cash at maturity, my gold, silver and similar deposit and custody accounts, and all kinds of my assets,

for whatever price and on whatever terms he/she wishes, in favor of banks and financial institutions, to establish a pledge over them, to draw up and sign the pledge

agreements, to determine their terms, to amend them, to renew them, to terminate them, to extend their terms, to make changes to the terms, to correct errors, to draw up and sign correction declarations, to give the necessary instruction so that the bank and the financial institutions may set off such amounts as they wish against his/her debts secured and transfer between whichever of my accounts they wish, to sign the pledge agreements and also to sign the undertakings, instructions and other documents relating to these matters, to amend them, to pay all kinds of expenses, taxes, fees and other payments that must be paid and arise or will arise from these transactions, to carry out all kinds of acts and transactions that must be carried out at banks and financial institutions in respect of the matters stated above, to pursue and conclude them by signing
