Bank-livestock pledge power of attorney (for own debt)

To have established, as security for my debts, accrued and to accrue, arising from all kinds of credit agreements that I have signed or will sign before all branches of all official, semi-official, private, national and foreign banks and financial institutions currently existing and to exist hereafter within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, and/or, without being limited thereto, from all kinds of agreements and undertakings that I have signed or will sign, and from the credit agreements that I have signed in the capacity of surety and all other kinds of agreements and undertakings, accrued and to accrue, in respect of the animals bearing ear tag numbers that I own / will own, at whatever amount, maturity, priority and

rank and on whatever terms the attorney-in-fact may wish, any kind of pledge, to prepare and

sign the pledge agreements, to correct errors, to prepare and sign correction declarations, to sign undertakings, declarations and all documents relating to the pledge, to grant the right to benefit from a free rank and the right to advance to a vacated rank and to have them annotated, to carry out registration transactions both before the pledgee and before the Movable Pledge Registry (TARES), the animal pledge registry kept by the enforcement offices, the other relevant registries and all official authorities, and to give consent on whatever terms the attorney-in-fact may wish, to have the animals subject to the pledge insured on whatever conditions the attorney-in-fact may wish, to have the insurance policies amended, to renew the insurance with all costs and premiums to be borne by me, to sign all kinds of documents and other papers, to pay the relevant fees, taxes and other payments, to bring every transaction to a conclusion by following it up and signing
