In respect of the vaccination and ear-tagging support premiums and entitlements granted to veterinarians by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry by reason of privatization, each time they are granted, at the cashier's desks of the relevant institution or at the cashier's desks of the Branch to which the money is transferred, to request and collect in my name, to effect collection and receipt (ahzu kabz), to settle and to release, to represent me in these matters; furthermore, by applying to the relevant official institutions and organizations, to obtain the vaccines and ear tags to be procured in my name, to pay their prices, to pay the fees and expenses required to be paid, to take back any excess paid, to prepare and sign the documents that will be requested, to submit them to the relevant institutions and organizations, to receive and hand over documents in person, to be served with and accept service of notifications,
