Power of attorney for construction contract in return for land share

With respect to the immovable property/properties of which I am the owner and co-owner, to enter into and sign, at any time, at any price and on any terms, by agreement with any natural persons and legal entities of the attorney-in-fact's choosing, a Promise-to-Sell Agreement for Immovable Property and Construction Contract in Return for Land Share, to determine and fix as the attorney-in-fact wishes the principles of the contract, the penalty clauses and the contract price, to give permission and authority for annotation in the land registry, to correct the contract to be drawn up, to extend its term, to add additional articles, to assign the contract to others with all its consequences, to give consent to the assignment by the other party of its rights and obligations under the contract to another person, to terminate it, to accept, in whatever order and rank the attorney-in-fact wishes, any kind of mortgage to be granted in my favor pursuant to the contract to be made, to request registration at the relevant land registry directorate, to request the release of the mortgage where necessary, to sign the release declarations and the land registry book and register, to have the type of the property corrected, to sign termination deeds, to draw up and sign any kind of warnings and notices,
