Vehicle / commercial plate / route pledge-giving power of attorney — for a natural person's own debt

At all banks within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye, in order to constitute security for my debts, arisen and to arise, resulting from all kinds of credit agreements that I have signed or will sign, and/or, without being limited thereto, from all kinds of contracts and undertakings that I have signed or

will sign, on the vehicle of which I am or will be the owner, the commercial plate on the vehicle and the route registered to the plate, to have all kinds of pledges established in any pledge registry for any amount, maturity, order and rank and on any terms the attorney-in-fact wishes, to prepare and sign the contracts, undertakings, declarations, correction declarations and all documents relating to the pledge, to grant the right to benefit from a vacant rank and the right to move up to a vacated rank and to have them annotated, to carry out the registration procedures both at the bank and before the Movable Pledge Registry (TARES), the Notaries of Türkiye Vehicle Registration System and the relevant Notary Offices, the Traffic Registration Directorate, the other relevant registries and all official authorities, and to give consent on any terms wished, to insure the vehicle subject to the pledge on any conditions wished, to amend, to renew the insurances, with all costs and premiums to be borne by me, to sign all kinds of papers and other documents, to make the relevant fee, tax and other payments, to reclaim them, to pursue and conclude all kinds of procedures
