Tax Increases for 2025 are AnnouncedWith the TAXATION PROCEDURE LAW GENERAL NOTICE (NO: 574) published in the Official Gazette dated 27/11/2024, the revaluation rate was determined as 43.93% for the year 2024.

According to this,

Passport Fee

- Passport fee for up to six months from 1,638.4 TL to 2,358.15 TL
- One-year passport fee from 2,395.9 TL to 3,448.42 TL
- Two-year passport fee from 3,912.3 TL to 5,630.97 TL
- Three-year passport fee from 5,557 TL to 7,998.19 TL
- Passport fees for four years or more will increase from 7,833 TL to 11,274.04 TL.

MTV

With the new year, the lowest Motor Vehicle Tax (MTV) will increase from 347 TL to 499.44 TL and the highest MTV will increase from 160,285 TL to 230,698.2 TL.

Driving License Fee

- Class A driver's license fee from 1,308 TL to 1,882.6 TL
- Class B driver's license fee will increase from 3,945 TL to 5,678.04 TL.

Traffic Fines

- Red light violation fine from 1.510 TL to 2.173,34 TL
- Wrong parking fine from 690.89 TL to 994.4 TL
- The fine for exceeding the speed limit by 10-30 percent from 1,510 TL to 2,173.34 TL
- The fine for exceeding the speed limit by 30 percent or more from 3,001 TL to 4,319.34 TL
- Drunk driving fine increased from 6,735 TL to 9,693.69 TL
- The fine for using a cell phone while driving will increase from 1,510 TL to 2,173.34 TL.

Phone IMEI Registration Fee Brought from Abroad

The IMEI registration fee for phones brought from abroad will increase from 31,692 TL to 45,614.30 TL.

Overseas Exit Stamp

International Exit Fee will increase from 500 TL to 720 TL.

Vehicle Inspection Fee

The vehicle inspection fee for cars and minibuses will increase from 1,821 TL to 2,620.97 TL.
